Analyst Program

The Analyst Program offers a hands-on, simulation-based experience for students who want to engage deeply with hedge fund strategies. Analysts work in one of three strategy teams, Long/Short Equities, Event-Driven, or Quantitative Trading, collaborating to develop trade ideas, manage simulated portfolios, and participate in monthly portfolio reviews.

While General Members explore multiple strategies and learn broadly, Analysts immerse themselves in one strategy, gaining practical experience and working closely with their team. Both programs provide valuable learning and community experiences, tailored to different goals and interests.

Junior Analyst Track

The Junior Analyst Track is for students looking to build a strong foundation in investing. Analysts work in pods alongside senior members to learn research methods, portfolio logic, and strategy execution.

You’ll contribute to a real portfolio, generate trade ideas, and develop core skills, all in a collaborative, supportive environment. This track emphasizes learning, growth, and exploration, preparing you to take on more responsibility if you choose.

The Senior Analyst Track is for students with prior experience or exceptional performance in the Junior track. Senior Analysts take on leadership within their strategy pod, guiding research, managing simulated P&Ls, and mentoring Junior Analysts.

The track focuses on ownership and collaboration, giving students the opportunity to refine their skills while supporting their peers. Monthly reviews and pitch sessions provide practical experience in presenting strategies and defending ideas.
